Where Have All The Good Dicks Gone?

The cult Irish detective webseries Vultures has returned for a second series of mayhem and mishaps. Launched on the 19th March, the first episode of the new series follows Janine Drew, now a college student tracking down her former detective employers for a college project to find what the now-unemployed detectives have been up to since the demise of Vultures P.I. Hence the wonderfully titled, Janine Drew Presents Where Have All The Good Dicks Gone?

Filmed on location in Kilkenny, Vultures is produced by Mycrofilms and has been widely acclaimed since it’s first episode debuted in 2007.

One of the first Irish webcoms produced, the show has been consistently on top of the charts in the top comedy video podcasts on iTunes. It has just been shortlisted for the Digital Comedy Lab which has been launched by BeActive Media. Digital Comedy Lab is an incubation programme for film projects in the comedy mockumentary genre (…) two winning projects, one from Ireland and one from the UK, will be announced at the Cannes Film Festival this year and will receive a budget of €50,000 to make a mockumentary feature film.

Cannes Film Festival no less! We’ll be sending lots of Yay good luck vibes to the Vultures team for that one.

Vultures, including all back episodes in case you missed one or any of them can be viewed on VulturesPI.com, on their Youtube channel and can also be subscribed to on iTunes. Hurry and watch them all fast before the next episode, “The Lost Lunch Of Niall Tennyson” is out in April! All four episodes will be released at monthly intervals until the final episode of the series in June 2012.

You can follow Vultures on Twitter or Facebook for updates on the next episode.
